Resident 2007 - 2010

The roaches here are really tenacious. Bait which the management provides on request won't kill them off. Bait from local stores won't get rid of the roach problem, insecticide doesn't take care of the roach problem, diatomaceous earth won't get rid of the roach problem. They get onto your toilet seat, onto your computer, onto your bed, onto your stove, onto your dishes, onto any food you cannot watch for more than a few minutes and into any thing you have uncovered on the stove for more than a few minutes. I do not feel like I will stay healthy with these roaches all over the place which is why I rate the complex this low on safety. My unit includes an older model air conditioning which overheats in no time so you cannot use it too cool down the place. This is really a problem here where the weather tends to be hot. It is more of a problem if you have allergies which kick in when you have the windows open, because lots of stuff blooms around here. I am steadily going broke, and I long since lost my ability to afford rent and deposit elsewhere, because I pay this huge amount of money every month to rent a place which has a roach problem and a busted A/C and where I wake up coughing and congested every morning. Please take care of yourselves and avoid this complex.
