Dear 5/2 post, I find it very interesting that someone SO loyal to the apartments happens to check out Apartment Ratings the same time management did- the very next day I posted mine. Kind of an interesting coincidence, don't you think ;) You almost sound like you either work for them or are friends with the manager. The great thing about Apartment Ratings is that it's available for everyone to express their opinions. Facts are facts and I'm happy to see your facts are so delightful but unfortunately not everyone feels that way in the apartments. I know a lot of my neighbors and for me to take the time out of my busy schedule to state my experience is simply to make others aware of what's going on. I stand behind my words about ---------, the manager and my experiences 100%. She is rude, unfriendly, uncooperative and tenants are simply sick of her. It's nothing personal. Since we pay so much rent, all we want is a friendly and kind person to deal with. I know she reads these and I hope she doesn't get defensive, but instead realize she's dealing with mature, intelligent human being and not animals. If she's stressed in her personal life, she should not take it out on her paying tenants. A simple smile goes a long way!!! I sincerely hope she changes her approach or someone will escalate her poor managerial style to the next level. I'm genuinely happy that you're such a fan of these apartments and I hope to one day be as happy as you!
