The apartment manager has POOR communication skills. She never responds to e-mails or phone calls in a TIMELY manner. Not only does she neglect to answer questions (unless your face-to-face...but even then she has poor follow through), she fails to take the time to simply verify that she has received an e-mail/phone call. If you move here and have any issues with your apartment, be prepared to call Cynthia on a daily basis in order to get her to address your concerns. She is the worst apartment manager I've ever had to deal with. She can enhance her communication and organizational skills by simply using a planner or writing herself a note. Her follow through is awful!
