Infested with roaches, incompetent management, paper thin walls. That's all you need to know. I understand housing can be a challenge in the South Bay, but please, for your own well being avoid this place at all cost! I recently moved cross country to California, my housing nightmare began the first night I moved into this piece of crap place called Seville Townhouse Apartments. While the apartment looked decent enough on the inside, the very first night of residing there two massive cockroaches were found crawling around the kitchen. Management willingly moves people into units they know have roach issues. The exterminator found many more German roaches underneath the sink the very next day and confirmed there was an infestation. Over the next six months of living there, cockroaches came frequently despite regular treatments and a spotless kitchen. These chemical treatments are awful because you have to vacate the unit for hours and pack up nearly all your belongings in advance. If the disease harboring roaches aren't enough to convince you not to live here, you should also know you can hear every single person in the building at all times of the day. Children screaming, people partying and in my case an online gamer yelling at his TV until 2:00am each night. I would give zero stars if possible, the place should be condemned and property managers fired.
