Decent place once you get past the freeway construction.
I've lived here since Dec 2005. I chose this place based on it's proximity to shopping (less than 5 miles in each direction to grocery/mall/Costco, etc), proximity to freeway entrances/exits, and how close it was to my work (East Livermore). I shortened my commute from 1 hour each way (on a good day) to about 20 minutes each way (30 on a BAD day). The grounds are usually clean, and the buildings are kept up. There is plenty of parking, more spots that I I think there are tennants, however not all of it is close. Parking at the very back or very front, seems to be open all the time. I have never had a bad experience with the office staff, or even other tennants for that matter. If you work in the East Bay area, or Tri-Valley area, this would be a convienent place to live. Although with the freeway contruction, dust is an issue, I don't get a lot of disturbing road noise.Share This Review
