The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Thank you for sharing your comments with us. We apologize for the negative experience you had here with us at Oak Park Townhomes. I am sorry to hear you had maintenance issues that were not corrected right away. We strive in taking care of our resident's needs in a timely manner. The heating/cooling systems we do have are less expensive than running a central air and heating system. We do understand that it may get hotter in the summer and we do disclose this to the residents. Again, we apologize for this. We are also sorry to hear that the noise in the playground area bothered you at odd hours of the night. We currently have courtesy patrol at Oak Park Townhomes in the evening to prevent any of this. We are not quite sure what had happened with the notice that was posted on your door and apologize for this. Lastly, we also apologize for the issue regarding your deposit that was held for cleaning and the patching for nail holes. We understand your disagreement on this and do make sure charges are posted correctly. Oak Park Townhomes is now under new on-site management. We do our best to maintain the happiness of our residents. Your feedback will definitely help us because every opinion is important to us. We wish you the best! Thank you again.
