I cannot begin to describe to you the problems I've had since I moved to the Commons. In my apartment experience good management is customer service oriented, communicate clearly and honestly, and provide prompt resolution for maintenence issues (even if they can't fix it right away they communicate status with the tenant. So here is what the Commons is like: no communication what so ever, or communication that is passing the blame, or communication that is based on some legal fine line that they will take exception to only if they feel like it. They do not communicate or rectify maintanence issues unless you harass them numerous times (even then the job usually requires a follow up to fix it right). So ask youself, do you want to spend a large amount of money on apartments that are in poor shape, need constant fixing, and deal with management that make you feel like you're the problem??? Think twice before renting here. Oh yeah, and I myself read reviews before I moved in here, but I shrugged them off and thought maybe it was just a disgruntled tenant. Now I know I should have heeded the warnings of those who had gone before. So listen...spend your hard earned money on another apartment complex.
