Its a great location. Nestled up to a golf course with lots of bird life. The mall is accross the street along with a major shopping center. Unfortunately the maintenance manager is difficult to deal with, but all the other employees are very friendly.

Despite the maintenance manager, Montecito is a very nice place to live. Well landscaped & nestled next to a golf course. Residents are very nice & its very quiet at night. The leasing management are courteous & very approachable.

Maintenance staff needs to perform better work & learn to communicate. Dog poop is a huge problem. Upkeep of exterior buildings in decline. Also suggest not allowing maintenance staff live in same community as residents. Creates too much tension. Staff gets to park their personal vehicle in visitor where as everybody else pays to park.
