I have been renting here since May and have been in my current unit since June, it's a one bedroom plus loft unit and is nice except for the fact that the oven is mostly useless, it's too small to cook anything in. But that's not the real problem here, you'll like the place if you enjoy the melody of constantly barking dogs, it starts about 5:30 a.m. and goes on for hours, they usually take a break from about 8:30 to noon when they start up again, and deliver their final concert from about 10:30 to midnight. So that you can more vividly experience the event, dog waste is allowed on the premises, trash containers are left open for birds and rodents to feed, and of course, security is the laxest in the neighborhood. Though I gave a poor rating to the staff it does not apply to Chuck, he has been the one person here who has truly attempted to address issues and help tenants.
