A lot of the reviews complain about lack of parking and car theft/vandalism, but there's plenty of street parking available if the guest spots are filled up, and my car has been safe and sound since I moved in a few months ago. The rent here is really affordable, but at the same time, you get what you pay for. I have to agree that the water quality is terrible! I always end up with chalky white residue on my skin after I take a shower, and the water has a tendency to randomly fluctuate from burning hot to uncomfortably cool so it's hard to get it set at a good temperature --not so bad in the summer months, but semi-torturous when winter hits. I live in an end unit so I only have one neighbor, and she's very quiet. I can't say the same about the family upstairs, though. From the constant thumping, they're either hulking gorillas or jump-roping enthusiasts. Or, you know, the walls are probably just too thin. Sometimes they even cause my bedroom window to rattle late into the night. Oh, and the microwave doubly functions as the oven. I had never heard of such a two-in-one device before, but it's made by GE and they give each apartment the manual. It works pretty well, though it probably wouldn't be able to cook (let alone fit) a turkey for your Thanksgiving dinner. Chuck the assistant manager unfortunately does not work here anymore, but he was very sweet, friendly, and obviously enjoyed getting to know tenants over the years. Donna the manager has also moved to another property, so it's all-new staff. I've only talked to one of the new girls so far, and she was just as kind and helpful. Great staff overall!
