I live in these apartments and have never had a problem. When I call to ask a question, it gets answered. When I have an issue in my apartment, it gets fixed. I do however wonder what all the other problems stem from. I have never been cussed out, yelled at or felt like I was lower than the office folks. I hope and pray that it will stay this way, and we can all get along. Nothing is perfect we need to understand that.
