Thank you for sharing your feedback. The team and I at Archstone Ventura do take the time to read every review, and use the information to grow, make changes, and improve our community for everyone. The gates are all currently working properly to my knowledge. If you encounter an issue with closing or locking, please let us know in the office. The spa is fully functional, excluding the time when it was reglazed, and another time several months ago. The repairs took five days to complete. We inspect the lighting around the community regulalry. They turn on between 5pm and 5:10pm. Although a light may go out at night, we always check the carports to make sure by the end of the day they are all operable. Again, if you see a problem, please call me. Daniel, Assistant Community Manager, and I are working together to address your concerns. We take this seriously and contact those who violate the noise restrictions as soon as we are notified. Please contact the office if you have problems with noise from residents or guests so we can address the situation appropriately. In regards to renewal rates, they are based on the market conditions and our prices change every day. Also, those renting month to month will experience a higher rate than those with a lease. We would like to speak with you more about your specific concerns.
