I've been at Four Seasons since June 2011 with no issues. The two biggest positives are the staff, who are very friendly and will go out of their way to accomodate you, and the relatively quiet apartments (the walls are very well built and insulated against sound). Parking is covered/garaged for an assigned spot, but can be an issue if you have two cars. It is right next to the Ironhorse Trail, which is good for runners, and the street traffic is fairly light on Creekside most of the time which keeps ambient noise relatively low. Good value for the price.
