Sunset Plaza II
Resident · 2003 - 2007
I have been living here for a few years, and I would have to say that it's not as bad as people have been posting. I guess that the comments would be the two ends of the spectrum. Just because you keep your house clean and neat doesn't mean your nieghbors do. Just because you don't like to entertain on the weekends doesn't mean that it's necessarily a bad thing if your neighbors invite freinds over. There are plusses and minuses when you live in an apartment complex, and even though I have had my ups and downs here, the trade-off for convenience is well worth it. Walking distance to pretty much everything ( major shopping, restaurants, and entertainment), decent schools, and about 3 blocks to the freeway. The apartments are adequate and comfortable with just a little bit of adjustment needed in the summer months. The pool is nice, and the workout room isn't that bad. It's not 24 hr. fitness, but if you want one of those, it's about two blocks walking distance. I just think that no matter where you live, there are going to be the small group of young people who seem to enjoy life to the fullest. Even if that means blasting their favorite song in their car at three in the morning. But like I said, the trade off for convenience is such that I can deal with a little noise every once in awhile.
