Nice apartments however there are some issues here: parking is criminally expensive if you have more than one car. To charge $175 per month for an uncovered space is insane. This is not LA or Manhattan. Maintenance is slow to get to your issues. Apt numbers repeat for each building so USPS, FedEx and UPS will misdeliver your mail and packages. Plan on getting a PO Box if you actually want to receive your stuff.
