Overall pretty great. We had a few hiccups with management, but for the most part a positive experience. There is little guest parking, but great location. You can walk into Sacramento easily or into a cute part of West Sac. I always feel safe at the complex. Neighbors and cars can be loud, but we do live closer to the street. The garage and storage units are fantastic! This is a smoke free complex and that is well enforced. Management generally hosts events which are a great time and during the lockdowns this summer, contracted with food trucks to come in and the complex provided free drinks--what an amazing idea!
