I do not wish to respond with public comment at this time. As mention earlier, I am frustrated that there has not been a discount given for the amenities that we are currently not able to use. The office and maintenance staff have been wonderful. There have been multiple times when trash has been tossed onto our patio or in and around the grounds by the garage. Which is disappointing.

My husband and I have always owned a home, so renting at Solimar has made this down sizing magically easily and effortless! Giving more time to play and less honey due jobs to fit into our busy schedules! Beth N.
