Thank you for your comments, I'm sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction. We strive to keep our Residents happy and I would invite you to contact me so we can resolve these issues. We certainly can address the maintenance issues with your cabinets, carpet, and screen door. If you've already reported this to the office or maintenance, and the repairs we made didn't fix it, let us know! We'll come back until it's right and to your satisfaction. Although we don't have an on-staff parking attendant, our tow truck service drives through frequently to find and tow cars that are parked in designated spaces who do not have permits. We do apologize for the inconvenience and frustration of having someone parked in your space. Finally, I respectfully disagree with your assumption of favoring or allowance of drug use. We treat all Residents equally and with respect. We do strive to be fair and always have an open door for anything you'd like to discuss. Both my staff and I are always willing to find ways to make things better!
