The apartments look nice at a first glance, but don't be fooled! They use very cheap materials and do quick lazy replacements jobs. Our counter and cabinets were supposed to be brand new when we moved in. The counter top had chips in it already, and the cabinet material is so cheap, that the doors were falling off and don't stay level. The carpet was supposed to be brand new, but installation was never completely finished, and there are areas where there is no track to hold down the edges. The screen door never actually fit the track to the patio, and consistently falls off. When we moved in, under the drawers in the kitchen was left over chips and dog food from the previous tenants. Don't try and hang anything on the walls because they are so cheaply put together, everything fell off and we eventually gave up decorating to make it feel like home. They favor tenants who use drugs, and will move these individuals next to families with kids. You have to pay for parking if you want to be able to find a spot, and they don't enforce whether people have tags for the spots or not at all. We've had to have cars towed several times out of our spot just so we could park due to the lack of space. Also, they offer no discount if you would like more than one covered place to accommodate 2 vehicles. The management picks favorites amongst tenants, and will intentionally find ways to harass particular people to ensure others stay as tenants. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! If you are thinking about it, look a little longer as it will be worth while.

Thank you for your comments, I'm sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction. We strive to keep our Residents happy and I would invite you to contact me so we can resolve these issues. We certainly can address the maintenance issues with your cabinets, carpet, and screen door. If you've already reported this to the office or maintenance, and the repairs we made didn't fix it, let us know! We'll come back until it's right and to your satisfaction. Although we don't have an on-staff parking attendant, our tow truck service drives through frequently to find and tow cars that are parked in designated spaces who do not have permits. We do apologize for the inconvenience and frustration of having someone parked in your space. Finally, I respectfully disagree with your assumption of favoring or allowance of drug use. We treat all Residents equally and with respect. We do strive to be fair and always have an open door for anything you'd like to discuss. Both my staff and I are always willing to find ways to make things better!
