Very disappointing living here! No apartment is perfect, but this place....Absolutely disgusting. If working 2nd shift or coming home late, just know that after 8pm to 9pm, there's no place to park. Even though they're at "95% occupancy" as I was told my management, it's not their problem, and there's no solution to the parking issue. The noise level is ridiculous, and if security's called, it's 30 to 45 minutes before they'll show up, only to "document" the issue, not resolve it. I paying for a patio I can't even use; When it rains it becomes a pool drawing mosquitoes, which draws the spiders, and I'm constantly spraying or having Terminix spray for both. Requested the patio to be fixed 10 months ago 2 weeks after I moved in, and it still hasn't been fixed. People leaving dog poop and trash all over. Weed smoke all through the apartment from the upstairs neighbor. The resident's children come into the gym and tear-up the equipment. When I first moved in, the leasing staff were nice people. These new people...They can't say it, but they could care less about the issues with this place. I've contacted the owners of Copper Flats about the conditions. I've left calls and wrote letters to Greystar Management in Greenwood Village, and the corporate office in Charleston, SC. Neither one have responded back. So if thinking about renting here, all I can say is, check it out when it gets dark before making a decision. The only good thing about this place is it's close to the hospital and Terminix is out every Friday to spray for bugs.
