Horrible management! When we moved in I requested the repairs to be done on all kitchen cabinets doors were broken and unadjusted, kitchen island falling apart, the stairway railing falling down, in the shower cold water only, dryer not connected and many more. Guess what day say? All will be done in one month! I repaired the most important things myself. After 5 weeks I had to remind them to do the rest. When we move out we left the apartment cleaner and in better condition then it was. On the day we move out after I give them the keys and told them that the apartment is clean and nice, i asked if they need anything else from me, they said no. Now I got the statement for 8 days of stay and late fees. Went to office in few days trying to waive the fee, they say it’s my responsibility to pay at time and they won’t waive the fee. I just don’t see where is the late payment? They say you had to pay on the day you move out. THEY KNOW WELL HOW TO SCREW YOU UP BUT FORGET THEY OWN RESPONSIBILITIES
