I had no heat when I came home on Friday night and it the staff immediately responded to an online request at about 5:30PM. Saturday morning I saw a email from maintenance informing me the issue was resolved. It was not, so I reopened the work order and gave a "bad" rating. The office immediately responded again but the guy that came was rude and confrontational. He said he had been there Friday night but no one answered the door even though he heard "people" inside. I was home alone. He had my phone number and permission to key in so I don't know why he would have just left. After working on it for a few hours he was unable to fix the issue because he needed a part and said it would be fixed Monday. Monday came and went but it was not fixed. I learned from the office that he had ordered the part that day and it would be "a few days". Wednesday I came home to an unlocked patio door and newly assembled thermostat so someone had been there but the heat was not fixed and there was no communication from maintenance. I called and was told I would receive an email on Thursday with an estimated time of completion. I did not receive an email but my heat was fixed when I got home around 6PM.
