14 minutes ago I have only been 4 months and have had nothing but issues. My first apartment got shot through the roof right over my couch. I got moved to another place and this apartment has had nothing but issues and also had mold growing. It took them a week to remove it after I had to have my midwife write a note about the mold being an issue in pregnancy. You can never get ahold of anyone. They don't respond to calls, pick up calls or emails. I went to the leasing office for someone to look at me and ignore me and not open the door. I am now inquiring about breaking my lease due to COVID situations and I can't even get a response or my questions answered. I've been pregnant this entire time dealing with nothing but -------- and stressing because of the list of issues I have and constantly have. Nothing ever works in my apartment and the valet trash doesn't even come get the trash on time, but it's something you HAVE to pay for. I recommend spending your money somewhere where you can get responses and have the things in your apartment working.
