The Promenade at Towne Center
Resident · 2014
Terrible experience! You will have roaches, the remodeled apartments are cheaply done with terrible workmanship (cabinet doors fall off, flooring bubbles and tears, ceilings drip and collapse), the worst maintenance, uncaring staff, and you will be lucky to get 20% of your security deposit returned to you (they charge for re-painting at end of lease and numerous other things that most apartments consider normal wear and tear). Very seedy residents and pretty much like living in section 8 housing projects. For the price you can find much better apartments in Aurora. I overlooked the negative reviews when I moved in based on the office and rec area and the model apartment. If you do choose to live here, make sure you don't mind an unsafe environment and make sure you do not sign a lease until you see the actual apartment you will be getting in move-in condition. Look for roaches and any sign of roaches because most if not all apartments have roach problems to where exterminators wearing haz-mat suits enter apartments to spray.
