Move in was difficult due to lack of communication from office staff, eg. I signed the lease a week before move in (after asking for it several times), but office could not sign lease until day of move in, which prevented me from paying on time etc. Apt was not clean, some things were missing (no handle to control the water in the shower, had to wait 3 days for this to be fixed). The maintenance guy was great though, took care of all the little problems when he was there and was real apologetic about the shower.
We truly appreciate the feedback which will help us ensure that we are fully prepared for the arrival of future residents.
