The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Hello Anonymous! Thank you for your feedback. While the statewide closure of pools has lifted, we do plan on opening our pool in the next week. In order to do we need to arrange the pool area so it meets the required CDC guidelines with social distancing. We understand how important the amenities are to our residents and appreciate your patience we work this time of transition. Our fitness and yoga room are open as of today similar to many properties in the area. We will communicate to the residents as soon as possible on when the pool will open. Again, we appreciate your feedback and we will continue to do what we can to ensure the safety and health of all of our residents.

It is certainly not our intention to have you without a tub or sink. Our goal and expectation is to respond to service requests within 48 hours. We have been short staffed since January which has resulted in us not being able to meet that response time. We do respond to emergency work orders within 24 hours regardless. Our goal is to make sure we are providing exceptional customer service to all of our residents and ensure that we have a wonderful community for our residents to enjoy. We apologize if you feel that your experience with us has not been as pleasant since renovations began on the property. We have made every effort to communicate with residents regarding the updates that have been completed. All renovations have been for the betterment of the community and our residents. We have worked closely with our vendors and have addressed all concerns that have been raised by residents and by our team with regard to how they have left the community. Dear Anonymous: I am glad that you were happy with the location and apartment floor plan, I love all the windows our apartments offer as well. I would love to know more of why you thought service didn't meet your expectations. If you were unhappy about your move out charges please contact our office and we can discuss them and show you the pictures we take to explain why we may have charged you. The Denver market is doing great and people are moving to our beautiful state and that tends to drive the rents, we always try to be very fair with our residents, if you were concerned about your offer you could always call the office and we will be glad to discuss your concerns.
