Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that your living experience here at Cobblestone Ridge was not the best. We strive to make the move-out process as easy as possible and recommend you conduct a move-out inspection with management. At move-out, we utilize the same inspection form you filled out at move-in so that you're not charged for any previous items. If there were charges such as carpet replacement, it would have been due to it being damaged. With pets, damages can occur at any time. I'd welcome the opportunity to review your final account statement with you should you have any other concerns. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize if your living experience here has not been the best. We do pride ourselves on being military friendly, we follow the SCRA guidelines and have a very good relationship with our residents. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9 AM-6 PM and Saturday 9 AM-5 PM and is always staffed with someone even during the lunch hour to best accommodate our residents. If you are having any concerns within your apartment that you would like our maintenance team to address please contact our office so we can get that scheduled, or you can place a service request online through the resident portal. As for parking, we have made more parking available for our residents by recently implementing the parking by permit only policy. Our courtesy patrol service is Raven Security and our towing company is Viper Towing. If you are having any concerns regarding either of these, please let our office know so that we can contact them. As for our amenities, the fitness center is open 24 hours a day and the indoor pool, hot tub, fireside lounge & fire pit, basketball court and playground are open 9 AM - 11 PM every day. We do have our housekeeper on staff that ensures that our amenities are kept clean however if you have a concern with them that needs to be addressed, please let us know. Thank you for your feedback. We do offer competitive pricing for our laundry care center. We also can provide full sized washer and dryers within select apartment homes for those who prefer to not pay for each load. All fees that are charged to our residents are clearly explained upon move-in during the lease signing to eliminate any confusion. As for the playroom, we do lock that at 6 PM on weekdays and 5 PM on Saturdays as it is part of our office area. We do offer our courtesy patrol service for any noise concerns you may be experiencing after hours and you are always welcome to contact our office if it is within our business hours and we can address those concerns as well. Similar to other apartment communities, we do have limited parking here however all of our residents are assigned a reserved parking space and your visitors may park in visitor parking within the community based on availability. We do recommend you contacting the towing company should another vehicle park in your assigned space. This allows you the opportunity to provide the proper documentation that the assigned spot is yours and alleviate any confusion of the wrong vehicle being towed. Breyanna, Thank you for your feedback. No threats were made to contact your Unit for service requests submitted by you nor is this a practice we do with any of our residents who are soldiers. We encourage our residents to contact us with any maintenance concern so that we may address it. We can advise you that we may be contacting your Unit if lease violations occur and are not corrected by you. To reiterate our conversation when you came by my office to discuss your concerns on Friday, July 24th; you continued to have unauthorized occupants living in your apartment (a lease violation) and were requested several times to either add them to your lease or ask them to move out. You again refused and were reminded that if the situation was not corrected, we would be contacting your unit. As for your AC, we have addressed your concerns in a timely manner and even replaced the AC Monday, July 27th with a different model/size to accommodate your apartment more efficiently. I will be following up with you this week to ensure the AC is working properly. Our maintenance team is very thorough and they strive to ensure your service requests are completed.
