Greentree Village Apartments

I am wondering why, when the management tows cars for illegally parked cars, residents can come in an complain when they are in the wrong and get the car returned at no cost to them. I was in the office looking to rent an apartment the other day when someones car got towed, they were upset over it and the management said they would tow it back at no charge to the resident. This is not fair to those that are parked legal and abide by the laws. Why do we have laws and policies that we all need to follow, yet when a resident gets upset over something they did wrong can get the rules bent by the management.

I have lived on other properties, that if you parked illegal for what ever reason, they towed the vehicle immediately after two warnings. And then when you were parked in fire lanes, this was an automatice tow.

I do not see why some people most of the time can get the rules bent and when most of the people some of the time can get them possibly bent.

This is not fair and is not fair with fair house rules.
