I needed a place for a few months because the military was going to be relocating my family soon and I was advised not to come here but I said I was going to give it the benefit of doubt. BIG MISTAKE!!! There is a huge lack of communication within the office staff or so the manager would like you to think so. I was in constant communication, letting them know what was going on with our orders. I went into the office and told them but they said they needed a copy of the actual orders, ok understandable. I brought in the orders and asked how were they going to handle the last month's rent; I was told I had to pay to paint the walls and for shampooing of the carpets plus my concessiion and last utilities. I got the final bill and immediately call the office and asked should I deduct last month's rent from the bill; the lady placed me on hold and came back and said yes. I paid that amount and the day before I am schudled to move out, I get a bill saying I owe more money. I called the office, only to hear that the last month's was already deducted. I told the manager that I called and that was what I was told to pay. No, I apologize but that was misinformation or let me check our records, she went right into attack mode stating this is what you have to pay and so on. Not professional at all. I had forgiven all the other substandardness of the complex but that REALLY left a souring in my mouth. Weigh your options!!!
