I am sorry that you have had a bad experience with the previous management and are not satisfied with what we discussed today. As I had stated when speaking with you, we do begin snow removal at 6 AM during the week and 7 AM on the weekends. We appreciate your feedback on your stay at Palmer Park Apartments. We apologize that your stay with us hasn't been pleasurable. Palmer Park was built in the 1949 and we pride ourselves in the authenticity of our community. We strive for your comfort and providing a pleasant stay for all our residents. We recently moved into our new office that offers a convenient business center and a toasty café bar. We also offer free Wi-Fi and a cozy lounge area with TV. We have also added two community BBQ picnic areas on either side of the community. We provide a nightly courtesy patrol which all residents can contract them if they have any concerns after hours. We do offer 24 hour emergency maintenance 7 days a week. All our standard submitted service requests have window of 24 hours response time. We apologize that not all your service requests were taken care of, we would have loved the opportunity to have repaired them. We are happy to say we are a pet friendly community and we welcome all of our furry friends who meet our pet guidelines. We do ask for our residents to reframe from smoking inside their homes and we follow the 15 feet rule of smoking away from our buildings. Currently we are going thru renovations at our community and are updating our apartment homes with our new market demands. We now offer new appliances, two tone color paint and stunning new home décor. We would love to sit down with you in person to address your concerns and see if there is anything we can do for you.

Thank you for your feedback, were truly sorry we didn't meet your living expectations here at Palmer Park Apartments. I can assure you, you were not being charged any additional monthly fees that you weren't aware of. Per your signed lease agreement/utility addendum you are responsible for the following; Rent, water, sewer, gas, trash and a flat rate monthly billing fee, any additional fees charged would be if you had a carport, storage unit or any pets in your home. All of the mentioned fees come on a monthly statement that is mailed to every valued residents between the 20th and the 25th of the month. Electric is paid separately and directly to CSU. We are truly sorry for the double charge, as soon as it was noticed by the staff it was quickly corrected and a new Final Accounting Statement was mailed to you that same day. We are truly sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your time with us, we hope you find everything you are looking for in your new home

Dear Resident, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about your frustrations, as we strive to make this community a great place to call home. We are currently going through a 100% remodel. With this remodel we are upgrading all of the apartment features. Indeed, we were built in 1949, however, our apartments are well maintained and provide a modern feel with a retro twist. Our maintenance staff completes work orders within a 24 hour time frame. If there is a repair that requires additional work, we make sure all effected residents are aware of the delayed schedule. Unfortunately, crime happens everywhere. We installed new flood lights to brighten the parking lots and our courtesy patrol team patrols the property on a random schedule to detour negative activity. They are also available on an on call basis for our residents. We are happy to say that the community has received new Energy Star windows! This eliminated any noise, Drafts and access points for pests that the previous windows caused. We also installed water saving toilets in every home. These upgrades will reduce heating and water consumption and cut utility costs. The landscaping will be upgraded soon to include new BBQ seating areas. We are excited to see the savings and positive feedback continue. Please stop by the office anytime to discuss comments or concerns you may have.

Dear Yash13, Thank you for your review on Apartment Ratings. I am glad to hear your feedback in regards to the community and our transitions. We have already made a lot of positive changes and are excited for our future projects as well. Currently, we have completed about half of the communities window replacements and should be finished up with the rest of the property over the next few months. All of our laundry rooms will be locked with key access for residents only. The parking lots will be much brighter after the completion of our electrical installs for new flood lights. We will also be repaving our parking lots in May! This will include restriping and repairing all of the curbs. Through out the summer months we will be doing a lot of landscaping upgrades which may include a brand new clubhouse! Palmer Park Apartments was built in 1949. Yes, an older complex indeed. However, it is very well maintained and such a mature complex. With the older charm and new upgrades you will be proud to call this community your home. We are currently renovating our apartments which are designed with hard wood floors, two toned paint, upgraded light fixtures, appliances and hardware's throughout the home. Come down to our resident breakfast the last Saturday of every month and enjoy some treats as well as take a look at our new remodeled apartment. Dear Resident, Thank you for your review on Apartment Ratings. Here at Palmer Park Apartments we strive to maintain a positive experience for all of our residents. We provide superior customer service, return phone calls in a timely fashion, and take and handle complaints in a professional manor. We keep the buildings and grounds well maintained and feel confident you will be proud to call this community your home. Prior to each move in residents are given a Move-In/Move-Out Inspection form to list the conditions of the apartment at the time of move-in. This form will be the basis for your move-out. Per your lease, you are expected to leave your apartment in the same marketable condition that is was in prior to your move in; clean and undamaged. This means, you will be charged for a carpet shampoo, if not done prior to move out by a professional company, and for any cleaning, repairs, pet damages, or replacements that are needed. At your request, office staff can do a walk-through with you. This gives you and the office staff an opportunity to discuss damages and cleaning that may need to be done. The office does take detailed notes and photographs of any damages and cleaning that needs to be done as well as gives you the opportunity during the walk-through to do any necessary touch up cleaning. If damages or cleaning needs to be done after a resident has vacated the unit the security deposit will be applied to any charges or damages for the residents failure to perform the terms of the lease agreement. I do apologize for any frustrations you may have and I am willing to discuss them with you at any time. Thank you for your residency here at Palmer Park Apartments. Dear Resident, Thank you for taking the time to make a review about Palmer Park Apartments. We are happy that you have chosen to make our community your home. We are sorry to hear about your frustrations with your apartment and the community. Since I was not here at your time of move in, I am unfamiliar with your concerns and the condition of your apartment when you moved in. I do apologize in advance and would like the opportunity to speak with you personally in regards to this. If there are any current maintenance needs inside your home, including a faulty faucet, drain, etc. please call me so i can get them taken care of immediately. I One of your frustrations was the windows; I am happy to say that our window project will be starting this month. This project will extend over a 5 month period until the whole community has been replaced with Energy Star windows. At the time of the window install we will also be installing vertical blinds and a water saving toilet in every unit! These devices will help reduce heating and water consumption. Thank you for bringing the entry ways to our attention. We clean our laundry rooms and entry ways on a routine schedule. If there is a time between the scheduled dates of cleans where a location needs extra attention, please call into the office and let us know. We will get it cleaned that day. We do strive to make sure our community is a nice place to call home. We have hired a new courtesy patrol team that starts this month. These officers will patrol three times throughout the evening on a random schedule. They are also available on an on call basis for our residents to reach out to if there is any suspicious activity. We encourage all of our residents to take advantage of their services and we will deliver their contact information to every door soon. I invite you to come into the office and address any additional concerns. We would love the opportunity to progress in a positive way.
