The Retreat at Cheyenne Mountain

The place is nice but the management is absolutely trash. I currently live here and have the worst neighbors. The police have showed up 3 times at their apartment, I have called the "security" company they use, the police, and management on them and nothing has been done. They are constantly sweeping the dog's poop from their porch down to ours, throwing things around and arguing, using my belongings to climb up to their porch, and have even hit the gate when leaving. We have reported to management multiple times with visible proof and management has issued them "warnings" in the form of a piece of paper posted to their door. When these warnings are clearly not working, I asked what they would do to ensure it wouldn't happen again and all they told me was that they would issue another warning. I would have recommended this to a friend and lived here for the next 3-4 years while stationed here, but I refuse to do so and would recommend no one to live here. If you are interested in housing in Colorado Springs, look into Luxe Tower, Cheyenne Crossing Apartments, 25 Broadmoor Apartments, or literally any other apartment complex. Seriously, do not live here.
