I have been living at this establishment for less then a month and everything has gone wrong. When I moved in there was already several things broken, when I filled out a maintenance form they called and said they were coming that day to fix it but never showed up. I had only lived here for about ten days when we paid rent for the first time and the company double charged us and although they fixed the issue it took 14 days to get my money back. They eventually fixed the things inside but then my garage door broke. When the maintenance team came to "fix" the garage they proceeded to tell me to just keep hitting the garage opener until it worked, I believe they phrased it as "trial and error" and left. I also just got the bill for the first 10 days I lived here before the first and it was $85 for a one bedroom with two people for their utilities. That's just water, sewer, trash and "fees". I pay electric and gas separately. I took having the pool here into consideration but not only is it a non heated pool, 3 of the 5 times I've tried going to the pool it has a "pool closed" sign. I have never been more frustrated with an apartment complex and I cannot wait until our lease is up.
