We appreciate you taking the time to leave us this feedback. We would like to clarify a few things from your review. We have had issues with residents leaving the front door propped open, or ajar. We have sent reminders about making sure the door is closed fully when entering and exiting the community, and to report it to us if it is in need of repair. We have double checked, and the front door and intercom system are in working order. Additionally, regarding the car break ins, it is unfortunate those happened and we have increased our courtesy patrols nightly to mitigate any future issues. Should you see any suspicious activity, please give them a call at (303) 429-5061.Regarding the package system, that is now back up and running, but while it was broken we made sure to collect packages in our office so they were easy to pick up, and even delivered to outside our residents homes when we were able to. We rely on guidance from the Apartment Association and the CDC regarding having our amenities open. If our amenities weren't opened when you noticed other buildings had opened their gyms, it is because we hadn't gotten clear insight on how to move forward. We were careful not to take any steps before fully understanding the guidelines. We did not offer any rent discounts as the amenities are not factored in to the rent price. For the bike that was stolen, we were able to provide video surveillance to the police to investigate this. Regarding the car being mistakenly towed, that is unfortunate that happened but the team here does not tow cars, so it would have been a resident who towed the car. The amenities you are accustomed to have been closed down in an effort to minimize the spread of Coronavirus. While we know not having access to the amenities can be frustrating, our rental rates only reflect the market price for the apartment itself, and the amenities are a luxury not built in to the price.
