So far the apartment is great. Good location and nice to have parking. Only concern is safety of the back door which doesn't close all the way. It is nice that pets are allowed in the apartment and there is a large pet community.

These apartments are quiet with good insulation. The kitchen renovations used the cheapest cabinets possible and they are falling apart after a few years use. The pool is well maintained but the hallways could use more regular cleaning.

We have not received any recent complaints of smoke or noise, at your community, so if you continue to experience this, you can call us at 720.385.3844 during office hours. It sounds like you experience these issues late into the night when the office is closed, so we do encourage you to call our courtesy patrol at 303.429.5061. Overall good experience. Maintenance staff and leasing agents are not very communicative and slow responding to questions. Apartment is very outdated but upkeep is not bad. Biggest complaint is no AC in the winter months and units get pretty hot
