We do appreciate you taking the time to leave us your feedback, though it is concerning. We would never want our residents to be as uncomfortable in their home as you have expressed, but we are unable to reach out to you to offer resolutions as ApartmentRatings.com is anonymous. We have not received any recent complaints of smoke or noise, at your community, so if you continue to experience this, you can call us at 720.385.3844 during office hours. If we do not answer, we may be assisting other residents or away on a tour, please leave us a message and we will return your call as soon as we can. It sounds like you experience these issues late into the night when the office is closed, so we do encourage you to call our courtesy patrol at 303.429.5061. They will be able to not only investigate the noise and smoke and get it to stop, but they also do send us reports of all occurrences they experience so we are able to take further action if need be. We do have a newer team member at our leasing office, so they may take some time to get antiquated with all of the policies and procedures, but they will catch on in due time. Our amenities have been closed due to Covid, but we will be reopening them as soon as we have a thorough plan in place to ensure proper social distancing and disinfecting are taking place. We did want to mention that while we do not have control over the laundry machine pricing (that is determined by our 3rd party company that manages the machines), we do have new gym equipment on order, and are just waiting for the pandemic to subside so we can get everything installed.
