Fantastic location and great staff! Any maintenance issue I've ever had is attended to immediately and the management staff is very responsive. Almost everything I need is within walking distance. The building is well-maintained and very clean.

    This is a newly renovated building and the new renovations performed to my unit are lovely. Both maintenance and office staff are very responsive to issues as well. I have never waited more than 48 hours for maintenance to resolve any issue I have had.

      This community is horribly overpriced for a run down old building. They slapped a poor renovation job on this that was the cheapest possible renovation and now want to charge high prices while everything breaks and falls apart.

        They've been alright at times and horrible at others. Their interior must love anxiety bc no one finds bright yellow "calming". Definitely not all but some of the new neighbors they let in during the pandemic are terrible and it seems like they dropped themā€¦Ā See More >

          It's been a really comfortable experience so far right in the heart of Denver. Love the staff as they are speedy with how they respond to requests and have also done lots to expand the property and renovate it!

            I've only lived here for two weeks now, but so far I am surprised at how quiet the building is for the area we're in, which is really nice. Maintenance has been quick to respond and fix anything I've needed fixed.

              residence and maintenance are great! Wes, from management, has helped a great deal. There are issues still but I love the area and the rooftop deck. I am close to everything and glad to have some sort of parking

                  There are better options in the area. This leasing office is pretty bad. Non-responsive mostly. If you do manage to elicit a response, their employees are often rude or dismissive. They have been this way for the duration of my 14 month lease.

                        Lots of construction on a regular basis. Uncovered parking is $100/month and I've both had to move my car for multiple days because of construction and have had my car damaged because of it. Thin walls so you can hear everyone around you.

                          Red Peak Properties WORST ever. Rudest apartment manager, dirty common areas, broken entry door, not secure, they constantly shut off water nearly every week, rent raised nearly 23% - just for having new carpet!!
