It's been great! Other tenants are friendly and the management staff is very helpful and responsive. I've lived here almost two years and it's been a great experience. They also do regular maintenance and improvements which are much appreciated

Overall, this community is good. The maintenance comes in a timely manner. In general the apartment is kept in good shape, it would be nice to hav more modern apartments, but there is good character in each apartment.

So far, 1430 Humboldt has been a great place to live and a great value. It's in a great location, and the management team is kind and responsive. Any issues we have had have been handled promptly. We'd definitely recommend RedPeak and 1430 Humboldt.

Building is run down and overpriced. Tenants rent is increased annually and maintenance is marginal at best. TheMany facades are included but athe apartment is crappy. The front of the building smells aweful. The washers and dryers are horrible. Parking is to expensive.
