COVID has certainly created a fair amount of challenges as it pertains to amenity spaces however, at this time, management is doing their best to allow these spaces to remain open for residents to enjoy. While we understand that reservations and limited hours may not be an ideal situation for residents, it is unfortunately a way of the world currently. By implementing these policies, along with extra cleans/disinfecting, and 3rd party companies to assist, our goal is that these spaces will remain open those who reside at our community. We can certainly attest to the fact that with the sprinklers recently turning back on, and the amount of traffic that corner receives from our residents, their pets, and other transits, "PPC" as you call it, could definitely use a neutralizer application. Verified Resident 765892, we're disappointed to hear of the negative experience you have had at our location. While crime rates in Denver have skyrocketed recently, Management has been working endlessly to combat theses issues within our community, in addition to working with the local authorities. We have been very forthcoming with our residents about the incidents that have taken place within our community and everything we have done in the last year and are currently doing to increase security measures. We welcome any and all suggestions however, and hope that you will contact our office directly if you would like to discuss security efforts in further detail. Additionally, while the Leasing Office typically accepts over-sized packages and any packages that do not fit in our parcel lockers, given the current health crisis, there have been temporary changes made to our package policies. Again, we have over communicated these changes to residents, in addition to offering suggestions regarding over-sized packages. Keith and Leandra, we're disappointed to hear of the negative experience you had at our location. Unfortunately because a handful of our employees live and work onsite, it is common to see them around the property after hours and/or on their days off. While I understand that you may not have been unaware of our policy, it is clearly stated both in your lease and on our answering machine that lock outs are not considered an emergency, and that if it happens after hours, residents are required to call a locksmith. Kylee was simply following protocol as it would be a fair housing issue if we made exceptions for certain residents. Additionally, it was never shared that your phones were dead because if it had been, you would have surely been made aware that you have 24 access to the phones in the office. Lastly, we have not had any reports or pest control entries related to rats at this property, which leads us to believe this is an inaccurate accusation and we will be contacting you personally to discuss this matter further.
