Old management was great, unable to make a comment on new management at this time. Every person I've met that lives here has been really nice and many have pets. There haven't been any poop sightings and no noise complaints, other than the sound of ambulances/fire trucks every other hour on Speer.
Nice place to live at a premium price. Your rent will be increased on yearly basis. No utilities (including trash, water) will be included with rent, you will be charged accordingly for both. These may be normal practices for apartments, but it will add up when you factor in parking and/or storage fees to an already premium priced apartment.
The parking (you also pay for) is tight if you have anything larger than a small-mid size car making getting out of your space a challenge when garage is full. Remember the movie Austin Powers with the golf cart 3-point turn in the tunnel? It feels that way.
You will need a key fob on you at most times to prevent getting locked out of the building / garage. Despite this security system, multiple bikes have been stolen from the garage due to malfunctioning garage door(s) and also assumed unlocked bikes so I guess both parties are to blame.
There have been numerous times I've had to take the stairs due to concern of getting stuck on the elevator(s) due to malfunctioning doors. Despite the premium price you pay for rent, the quality of the apartment is cheap on the inside. Expect to replace your shower rods, toilet seats upon moving in - chances are they will break immediately. One exception - very nice overhead fans that can generate small tornadoes. Carpet leaves something to be desired. Most dishwashers leaked at first due to poor installation and still occasionally leaks.
Lastly, the "views" of downtown Denver and the mountains, just in case those are found as positive selling points. The amazing view of downtown will be short lived as there are 2 new sites of construction taking place which will stand between Zuni place and downtown Denver. Another apartment has been constructed on Speer which blocks the former stellar view of the mountains.
All in all - I will recommend this place if you don't mind overpaying on rent by $500
