We have been here for almost a year now but plan to move due to how expensive the rent is and we are assuming it will be even higher if we renew. The old management group was awesome, but we have no complaints about the new management necessarily. We haven't had to ask for anything or communicate with them about any issues... which I guess can be viewed as a positive. However, we enjoyed the sense of community that came from the original management group, whereas now it feels just like every other apartment complex. We love the location of this place in LoHi, we walk to to LoDo and downtown.
The things we saw that made this place lose it's appeal along the way:
1. Garage doors break all the time, leaving your car and access to the building a concern for us and an opportunity for the homeless folk that wander nearby.
2. The main trash room gets overfilled and smells horrible throughout the main floor over the weekends.
3. The gym is minimal and useless for the most part, but it's there.
4. No pool, no free wifi anywhere, no business center, small and poorly planned common room, only 1 grill, no rooftop deck (which would have been ideal for this place), but you still pay comparable to other apartment complexes that offer those things.
This place has a lot to offer and our neighbors are very friendly. There are a lot of dogs here - which can either be a positive or negative. Overall, I'd recommend this place, especially for the location.
