Coming from Chicago and being completely unfamiliar with Denver, I put my complete trust in Rachel and the rest of the Zuni staff - and haven't been disappointed one bit. Rachel was a dream with finalizing paperwork via emails, and even had my apartment set and ready to go when I rolled in at midnight. Everyone, staff included, is beyond friendly and welcoming. Maintenance issues are resolved immediately, and I adore the sense of community that comes with this complex. Definitely recommend!
