Moving to Denver has been the best decision I have made, and signing onto 2828 Zuni has made it that much better. I visited a month prior to moving a few weeks ago to visit apartments, and 2828 Zuni was my last stop. Touring apartments with Rachael was the best way to end my apartment search. Rachael was eager to help me, and made my decision to live at 2828 Zuni that much easier. She worked with me remotely and answered all my questions promptly. She checked in with me to make sure she knew the details about my move, and even though she was out the day that I moved in, she had everything laid out for me and Angela that day. Angela helped make my move quick and easy by showing me where to park and locked an elevator for me as well. After a few trips from the car, however, the apartment I was initially supposed to be in had water pooling in it near the balcony. It had been raining for a few days, so the problem was apparent. I notified Angela and Brian, and within a matter of 30 minutes Angela had spoken with her supervisor and said that I could move into an apartment down the hall without having to change my lease. I have been very impressed with the staff here and the building is everything I could have hoped for!
