This is a decent building in a great neighborhood. It's more expensive than it should be so it may be worthwhile to look around for a better deal. There is free laundry which is unheard of in other buildings.

Individual units are nice, walls are very thin, but neighborhood is quiet. Communal areas are dated, but clean. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly, leasing office responds quickly to inquiries. Overall, a good place to live for the price.

Red Peak is a great landlord. Professional, courteous and straightforward. This particular community is composed of some very nice, professional neighbors, plus quite a few obnoxious, rude folks. The location is extremely noisy from outdoors. Bring ear plugs.

I have had no issues with this apartment building or apartment managers. The portal is easy-to-use to pay rent and send service requests. The building is quiet. Issues are handled quickly and efficiently. Hoping that laundry doesn't change to cost anything.
