The building itself makes a lot of noise, which is the biggest issue. There's also currently construction a couple lots down. And, as is the issue with most corporately managed properties, money matters the most, which is disheartening. However, the maintenance staff is great and fulfills requests promptly. And the unit is pretty good value for the area as well; the neighborhood feels generally safe.

    Overall, I like this apartment. I like the location and in past years I have had a good sense of community with my neighbors.I hope that when things open up more it will be more comfortable to rebuild that sense of group community.
