New management is horrible...I am being forced to sign a long lease to avoid being moved from apartment to apartment despite having lived in the building almost two years with the understadning that after my first one-year lease agreement I could rent month-to-month. Not to mention they turn the water off for hours almost weekly in the building and begin loud renovations in neighboring apartments before 8:00am!!! Also, the building fails to keep up with the snow shoveling and the packed snow and dangerous conditions in the parking areas. If it snows on the weekends they should be there on the weekends shoveling...they should be shoveling the stairs, sidewalks and parking areas early in the mornings not days after the snow falls. I would not reccomend living here...I have considered breaking my lease. The new management does not consider their tenants a priority. With the old managment, any work requests were done immediately, now it takes at least two follow-up calls to ensure the clogged tubs, sinks or other issues are resolved.
