Maintenance does not effectively fix anything without repeat visits. You will not receive packages or mail. If items are stolen you are SOL. The "amenities" you're promised either don't work, or you're only allowed to use with fees. Just about everything has needed some sort of maintenance. Office staff bad-mouths other residents to you.
