Overall a terrible experience. Janelle, the community manager, is unhelpful, disorganized, & pretentious. The resident portal, for paying rent, almost never works and they won't accept any other form of payment. From what it seems, they are actively trying to inconvenience residents as much as possible, in an effort to collect as many late rent fees as possible. The premises are not clean or maintained well. In particular, the grills are disgusting and rarely ever work. I am leaving this apartment complex as soon as humanely possible. Be warned - do not move here! It is a disaster!
