We appreciate all feedback we receive, negative or positive, as it allows us an opportunity to see where we stand and how we can improve. It is our goal to ensure that our residents are comfortable in their homes. We have a gate to ensure that only residents and their guests are entering the community. If you are having issues with neighbors, my team and I are always available to assist. If needed, we can issue citations and if the neighbor's behavior is not corrected, this can lead to an eviction. In regards to any maintenance issues, we actually offer a 48 hour guarantee that service requests will be handled in that time frame. If you are finding that they are not being handled both quickly and efficiently, please let me know so I can make sure they are going forward. Unfortunately, rental rates in Denver as a whole are increasing. Our rents are based off the market rate going for the area. We do try our best to make sure you are getting the best value possible for it through updated amenities and homes.
