I've lived in Hunter's Run for over 3 years now and have overall been very happy here. When I lost my roommate and was looking for a one bedroom instead of a two bedroom, I decided to move to a different apartment within the same complex because I was so happy here. My biggest complaint is that maintenance is very hit and miss, as they are constantly changing staff. It took over 6 months to get a functioning washer/dryer back in 2016, but since I moved into my one bedroom in April, I haven't had an issue getting maintenance done in a timely manner. The mail room is unlocked, and there have been problems with theft and mailbox break-ins. The renovated apartments are definitely nicer, but the non-renovated ones work just fine. I've never had to call the police on a neighbor and very rarely have noise issues. The pool is nice and well-kept. Overall I would definitely recommend this complex.
