We are just as concerned with the increase in crime and homelessness that is affecting not only our neighborhood but the rest of Denver as well. We were also frustrated when our garage door was vandalized and rendered inoperable. In response, we have made a number of changes over the past few months which included posting a courtesy officer at the garage door whenever someone was available. Additionally, we are upgrading our security technology, continuing patrols and regularly working with local law enforcement concerning crime prevention in the neighborhood. Weā€™ll continue to work to improve life at Infinity LoHi as our neighborhood and Denver continue to be popular relocation destinations for folks across the country.                     Thank you for taking the time to write this review. The pool was closed twice at the beginning of 2019 due to unfortunate events. We also don't appreciate these types of situations. We communicate with the residents so they are aware of the situation and punish those responsible. The $25 fee for trash is not for Valet Trash. It is for trash removal in general, whether a resident chooses to use it or not. We offer options for people who prefer to use one service over the other. It is our policy to charge for cleaning and/or damages beyond normal wear and tear. Replacement costs are charged only if warranted. Although we attempt to get final move out statements done as quickly as possible, sometimes it takes longer to obtain bids/quotes from outside vendors when damages are involved. We do apologize that this took longer than originally anticipated. We are sorry that you did not have an ideal experience at Infinity LoHi. We are happy to answer any questions about your specific situation directly. Please call the Leasing Office for further questions and discussion.

                              I am sorry that you misunderstood the fees and deposits. Our policy is that the deposit, administration fee and application fee are not refundable if you cancel your application. The holding fee turns into a refundable security deposit after you move in and is refunded to you upon move out as long as there are no cleaning or damage charges. This policy is fully transparent on the application and requires a signature stating that the signing party understands the policy. The lease and its addendum's are the recommended documents from the National Apartment Association and are required by a majority of apartment communities nationwide. We are also fully transparent about the fees in the lease. We list that trash removal is part of the utility fee on the price sheet we provide on every tour and we included it in the Welcome Receipt we provide once an application is approved. The $25 covers Valet Waste, as well as, regular trash service if a resident chooses not to use Valet Waste. We do offer trash chutes in every hallway if a resident chooses not to use Valet Waste.
