I had a 1 bed 420, renewed, rent went to 395, renewed, and went to 415 for 700sq ft. best value in Denver for location. Neighbor hood / tennants are nice, but low rent does find a certain class of people / logs of kids, etc. No animals, which was great, no annoying barking and you could walk in the yard, and carpets are in great shape. Staff was nice and quick. Water pipes do make somewhat annoying noises / but the water pressure was unbelievable. rating 1-10 I give it a 8. PArking is somewhat cramped at night/depending on which lot you are closest too. Never had any problems with my nice car getting scratched, broken into, or anything else. Parking lot snow removal is not good but its not good in any apt complex in Denver from my yrs living there. Appliances are old unless your complain alot, I got new stove and dishwasher new. Refridgerator was from 1970's and frost bit everything
